Resolves #27 and #29

  • arcadedb.server.configDirectory is always set
  • arcadedb.postgres.ssl is set if TLS and the Postgres plugin are enabled

…bump to 26.10.2

- fail rendering under readOnlyRootFilesystem when arcadedb.configDirectory is
not on any volumeMounts entry, now that the server actually uses it
- default tls.postgres to DISABLED (the server default) so enabling TLS does not
switch existing Postgres clients to TLS
- validate tls.bolt / tls.postgres against DISABLED, OPTIONAL, REQUIRED and
render both flags from one loop
- document DISABLED and the ArcadeDB 26.10.1 minimum for configDirectory
- bump chart and appVersion to 26.10.2
- test the TLS default, disabled plugin / TLS, invalid modes and the mount guard
