Summary

This PR adds 1.25x to the available playback speed options (PLAYBACK_SPEEDS), filling the gap between 1.0x and 1.5x for viewers who prefer a slightly faster pace without skipping all the way to 1.5x.

Details

• Added 1.25 into PLAYBACK_SPEEDS in apps/web/lib/playback-speed.ts, keeping strictly ascending order: [0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2].
• Preserves Cap's default 1.2x (DEFAULT_PLAYBACK_SPEED) without breaking changes while introducing the standard 1.25x option.
• Seamlessly exposes 1.25x across:
  • Video player speed dropdown menu & floating speed dial
  • Step navigation keyboard shortcuts (< and >)
  • Per-video default speed settings dialog
  • Organization-level default speed configuration
• Added a comprehensive unit test suite (apps/web/__tests__/unit/playback-speed.test.ts) covering all speed invariants, nearest-speed normalization, duration formatting, and updated embed default resolution tests.

Validation

• Unit Tests: 16/16 tests passing (bun test apps/web/__tests__/unit/playback-speed.test.ts).
• Linter/Formatter: Checked with Biome — 0 errors, 0 warnings (bunx @biomejs/biome check).
• Type Safety: TypeScript check on affected modules verified cleanly with zero errors.
