Local Run fails with "Failed to export code. SocketException: Broken pipe" on one project only (Desktop 7.2.12, macOS) #7635

Pressing Test (Local Run) on this project immediately fails with:

Failed to export code.
SocketException: Write failed (OS Error: Broken pipe, errno = 32), port = 0

• It fails on every target I've tried: iOS Simulator (iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26.5) and Chrome.
• No build starts and no build log is produced. Desktop doesn't write anything to its local project folder.
• Starting Local Run through the FlutterFlow agent tools (local_run.start) fails with: Runner failed: Null check operator used on a null value
• All my other projects run fine in Local Run on the same machine.

Expected Behavior

Local Run exports the code and launches the app on the selected device, as it does for my other projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open project allonsy-gu63qq in FlutterFlow Desktop 7.2.12 (macOS).
2. Select any device (iOS Simulator or Chrome).
3. Press Test. The "Failed to export code … Broken pipe" error appears right away.

It only happens on this project, and I haven't been able to make a minimal reproduction because the cause appears to be in this project's data.

This exception was logged around the time I pressed Test. Since it happens only on this project, I suspect a malformed build-request record on it, which would also fit the "Null check operator" error. Crashlytics should have a matching fatal error report from my machine.

What I've ruled out
• Dependencies and Flutter version: code exported for this project through the FlutterFlow API runs pub get cleanly, then builds and launches on the iOS Simulator using FlutterFlow's bundled Flutter 3.47.6.
• Local environment: flutter doctor passes fully, including the Android toolchain after installing cmdline-tools and accepting the licenses. The error didn't change.
• Cache and restart: I restarted Desktop, deleted the local build/ folder, and renamed Desktop's local project folder (io.flutterflow.prod.mac/allonsy) so it would rebuild from scratch. The error didn't change.
• Agent session: closing the Claude agent panel didn't change it, and no helper process crashed during a recorded failure.

Timeline
• Oct 21, ~5:09 PM EDT: Desktop updated to 7.2.11.
• Oct 21, ~7:51 PM EDT: last successful Local Run export.
• Oct 21, ~8:55 PM EDT: first "Broken pipe" failure. It has failed every time since, including on 7.2.12.
• Oct 22, separately: API code export for this project returned HTTP 500 for several hours, then recovered by Oct 23. Local Run stayed broken after the API export recovered.

Other observations (possibly related)
• The API export's asset list for this project includes assets/fonts/Roboto-SemiBold.ttf from https://storage.googleapis.com/flutterflow-prod-hosting/fonts/Roboto-SemiBold.ttf, which returns 404 (NoSuchKey). Every other Roboto weight on that host returns 200.
• Two bundled font file names contain spaces (Lexend Deca-Regular.ttf, Lexend Deca-SemiBold.ttf).
