Node 26 deprecates module.register (DEP0205) #18

On Node 26, hot-hook prints the DEP0205 deprecation warning for module.register(). Moving to module.registerHooks() is more than a swap here, since the loader talks to the main thread over a MessageChannel and its hooks are async. Is it on your radar? Happy to help with a PR.
