Color mapping applies only to processed segements of video if process with the "LTX only for big mosaics" option = true #551

Describe the bug
If the Encoding option "Color LUT (.cube)" has a valid cubemap file, the cubemap is only applied to segments of the video that had mosaic processing

- OS: debian 13
- Jasna Version 11.2
- GUI
- GPU RTX 4090
- Nvidia Driver version: 595.91.07
- CPU i7-12700KF
- no TVAI
