[Feature request] Provide official incremental patches #583

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Release packages are large, and downloading the full package for every minor update is time-consuming, even when only a few files have changed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide official incremental patches alongside full releases, ideally generated automatically as part of the release workflow.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I built an patch tool, but official patches would let users update without relying on third-party releases.

Additional context
For v0.11.2 → v0.11.3, the patch was about 134 MB. After applying it, the resulting files matched the official release by SHA-256.
