Bring the 4.1 update to NeoForge 1.21.1.
This adds Ore Sources, the biome directory and new-terrain replacements, dimension materials, provider extensions and the mod directory. It also includes the imported vanilla ore fixes, a smaller world-creation layout, clearer source status and a tidier build.
Existing chunks are left alone. Existing worlds retain their saved ore policy, and imported vanilla ore settings stay inactive while Manage Vanilla Ores is off.
The local checks cover 216 tests, fresh and reopened worlds, shared-ore providers, Base Metals retrogen, packaged client/server runs, Eclipse isolation and an empty-cache build. Matched generation and performance checks passed, and the release jars match the tested files.
