mobile-ui 0.9.0 adds on-scroll-end to <native:list>: it calls the handler with the first and last rows on screen once a scroll has come to rest. This adds the prop with a version badge, a short example, the fluent onScrollEnd() method and how to call it from a component test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
