Fixed form field errors turning labels and typed text red - #32596
This PR stops Shade's Field from turning its label and typed text red when it has an error.
The colour was set on Field and inherited by its contents. Screens inside a <form> kept a dark label because of a global form label rule, so the same error state looked different from screen to screen.
Before and after images for custom fields, Slack and the newsletter modal are on the ticket.
Changelog for devs
Removed data-[invalid=true]:text-destructive from Shade's Field
aria-invalid on the input (red border) and FieldError (red message) now show the error
Changelog for customers
Fixed form errors turning the field label and typed text red in Admin
Notes
This changes every Field with data-invalid, including released screens, with no flag
Saving, validation and aria-invalid are unchanged
Checked by hand, Admin 7 off: custom fields, Slack and the newsletter modal
Checked on Slack with Admin 7 on, in light and dark: colours are correct
Tests: Shade passes (430), and Admin acceptance for Settings and member detail passes (526). Those ran with this change on top of two unrelated local commits
Not checked: Storybook, the offers and recommendations modals, or the rest of Admin's acceptance tests
The recommendation description field has an error state but no FieldError, so it would rely on the red border alone. I didn't find code setting that error in the recommendation modals I searched
Technical debt
The global form label rule in element-styles.css stays. It no longer causes a visible difference here

Field set a destructive text colour on itself when invalid, which its label
and input inherited. Screens inside a form kept a dark label because of a
global form label rule, so the same error state looked different from screen
to screen. Removing the inherited colour leaves the input's red border and
FieldError's red message to show the error everywhere.
The shared fieldVariants class no longer applies destructive text color to fields with data-invalid="true". Its layout and orientation variants remain unchanged.

Add a regression test for the invalid Field text color.
The data-[invalid=true]:text-destructive class was removed from fieldVariants, and no test checks that the class stays absent. Restoring it would leave the Shade unit suite passing. Assert on the class string, following the aria-[invalid=true] checks in checkbox.test.tsx and radio-group.test.tsx.
