Update the English and Chinese2.0.11devskill hub pages to describe BOM support, removal of frontmatter from the Markdown body, and the description fallback when the catalog provides none.Companion documentation for agentscope-ai/agentscope#3118 and implementation PR #3119. The implementation removes only a leading BOM and preserves catalog descriptions and BOM characters inside the body.
