Partially revert Python PR #788 as a release contingency. This reverts commit 8bb88f5 for the telemetry-exporter package and RELEASING.md only. Files under packages/aws-durable-execution-sdk-python are intentionally left unchanged so the core plugin interface is unaffected. Exporter publishing configuration remains unchanged.

Partially reverts #788 (commit
8bb88f56943ff322a5248f9d456c0be9dfedcb50).The revert restores exporter version
0.0.1and beta/experimental status. It restores theRELEASING.mdtag example. It removes the stable-release metadata test that #788 added. It preserves unrelated changes and exporter runtime behavior.Files under
packages/aws-durable-execution-sdk-python/are intentionally excluded. The core plugin interface is unchanged by this PR.Testing
Validated locally with Python 3 and Hatch.
RELEASING.mdand files underpackages/aws-durable-execution-sdk-python-telemetry-exporter/.hatch fmt --check: passed; ruff reported 747 files already formatted.hatch run types:check: passed for every package.hatch run test:cov: 5,391 passed, two cloud tests skipped; 157 of those are telemetry-exporter tests.hatch run test:all packages/aws-durable-execution-sdk-python/tests/plugin_test.py: 107 passed. The core package is untouched, and its plugin tests still pass.hatch buildin the exporter package: wheel metadata showsVersion: 0.0.1andDevelopment Status :: 4 - Beta.No extra tests or conformance changes were added. Cloud execution and the Python 3.11–3.13 CI matrix have not run for this branch.
