分账回退接口返回:

<xml>
<return_code><![CDATA[FAIL]]></return_code>
<error_code><![CDATA[NOAUTH]]></error_code>
<error_msg><![CDATA[回退方没有开通分账回退功能]]></error_msg>
</xml>

由于xml映射的是err_code和err_code_des,所以这两个属性都是null,抛出的异常这两属性也是null
