Description for robots

Adds todo stub entries to swingset for the Organization Profile panels and sections that have not been built yet, so the sidebar is a running inventory the same way it is for User Profile. New entries: Security and Billing panels, plus the Verified domains, SSO, SSO bypass, Directory sync, Subscription, Payment methods, and Billing history sections. Each is a meta-only story with status: 'todo' and a one-sentence MDX page, wired into the registry and docs map; the Live Sandbox lists them automatically as gray TODO placeholders. Organization Profile panels are now ordered to match page order (General, Members, Security, Billing, API keys).
