Run every code gallery program. #219

Related to dealii/dealii#15073.

As part of the upcoming 9.7 release, we test all code gallery programs to compile and run successfully with the current master branch. We do not verify their results.

Programs that run without errors are marked. Indented lists describe issues with the corresponding code gallery programs that are still present or have been solved.
