…iven name (#913) rules/H9's epithet Accepted bullet now names every word in titles_ambiguous (`The Marquis de Sade` -> given 'The Marquis'), with `of` or a style keeping the title; decisions/H9 gains a Standing bullet and a dated Log entry with the shape grid, the 1.4.0 and 2.8.1 wheel readings and the corpus bigram count (5 local lines in 8,700,048, none a person's name the partner would fix). Budget re-recorded: H9's Accepted clause grew by the widened bullet, reading no new signal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The fix is in this commit.
