Docs: Add instructions for TypeScript #7231

Description

I am reading the Express application generator page in the documentation and see that there is no mention of TypeScript at all. There is lack of official documentation on how to use Express with TypeScript.

Expectations

A possible solution is to reference the https://github.com/seanpmaxwell/express-generator-typescript community project.
