Allow loading traces from GET http://example.com/foo.flowtrace.json #1

When we support uploading to a service like Flowhub (#2), flowtrace-replay and flowtrace-show should be able to show information directly from a URL. This likely requires them to pass along authentication information, which should be read from an envvar.
