Adds the fluentform/openai_model filter (Fluent Forms Pro 6.2.17) to the Dynamic Fields filters page, next to the other ChatGPT filters (now 10). It sets the OpenAI model for API verification, AI form building and ChatGPT feeds; the default is gpt-5.6-luna. Feeds pass the form ID so each form can use its own model; verification and AI form building pass null.

What does this PR do and why?
Fluent Forms Pro 6.2.17 adds the
fluentform/openai_modelfilter so sites can change the OpenAI model without waiting for a release, and pick a model per form for ChatGPT feeds. This documents it on the Dynamic Fields filters page, next to the other ChatGPT filters.Refs Lounge task #23570.

Anything the reviewer should know?
Merge after fluentformpro#399 (and #388) so the docs don't describe a filter that isn't released yet. The docs site build wasn't run; the entry follows the existing explain-block format on that page.
