Hello, could a maintainer point to the complete copyright and MIT permission notice applicable to fontkit 2.0.4, including inherited notices? The npm metadata declares MIT, but I have not located the full notice in that release. Does the proposed notice in this PR apply to that version? I would like to preserve the correct attribution rather than substitute another package's notice. Thank you. |

Thank you for the great library! pdfkit is very useful to us, and I am just wondering why there is no LICENSE file in this repo. Actually, it might be better for you to commit the file to master and close this PR.
