optimizations for older specs?

i've seen someone port the minecraft legacy source code to directx 8 and windows xp, so i bet it could be possible sometime in the future to optimize unleashed recompiled for directx 9.0c and maybe windows xp sp2, kinda like that picture of unleashed running officially on xp

what do you guys think?

Hell no, this tool takes advantage of newer api, like vulkan, making a DX9 port would break performance on newer pcs and make it a nightmare,
