Scope

Public, inspectable synthetic negative-test fixture addressing evidence-boundary promotion errors; does not expose private WindowPilot code and does not claim SCITT conformance, actual hardware measurement, signed receipt verification, or independent reproduction.

What can be reviewed

• English evidence ledger and eight falsifiable review steps
• Seven explicit negative/limited-claim test cases
• Python standard-library checker and regression tests
• Compatibility/maintenance hypotheses through ten years and hardware admission gates

Checks performed

All four files were fetched back successfully from the public GitHub repository. The seven example expectations were independently checked against a JavaScript restatement of the checker logic. Python execution and network access from a logged-out external user remain unverified in this environment.

External boundaries

• Measurement Capsule -00 §7.2 remains proposed/unpopulated.
• CAP-1 is separate; no duplicate conformance-class claim.
• Appendix A Reality probe: is red→green evidence misleading when the test oracle disagrees with the product? #16 was proposed but not admitted into October interop report.
• Do not request upstream authors to review this draft until real hardware/reference artifacts or a genuine protocol-specific counterexample are available.
