Description

When using the TabView windowing sample in the WinUI Gallery, the app crashes if a tab is dragged out into a new window and then dragged back into the original window without releasing the mouse button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the TabView windowing sample.
2. Left-click and hold a tab, then drag it outside the window to detach it.
3. Without releasing the left mouse button, drag it back over the original window.

Actual behavior

The app crashes.

Expected behavior

The tab should dock back into the original window without crashing.
