Hi,

Just downloaded and installed the latest rc, and started the repl.
Without typing anything , i executed ctrl + c to get out of the repl.

But it is struck
not_terminating_windows8

then i pressed enter, it got out like printing this in repl.

(Prints how many times i pressed ctrl+c)
not_terminating_windows8_after_enter

More Info:
Windows 8.1 (64 bit)

    Didn't you already experience this with v4 ?
    It looks a lot like this issue: #3194

    @targos Same on 4.2.1 and yes it seems #3194
