packages/cli/src/commands/auth/session-ref.ts compares the typed workspace id with ===. Stored sessions hold the bare id from the token claim, while the Console and the API show wksp_-prefixed ids, so an auth command given a wksp_ id finds no session. A sameWorkspaceId helper already exists in packages/cli/src/lib/workspace-id.ts; this code does not use it.
