Bug description

Hi, thanks for providing the Flatpak bundle! When installing processing-linux-x64.flatpak (4.5.7), I noticed that Flatpak reports the required runtime org.freedesktop.Platform 24.08 as end-of-life:

Info: runtime org.freedesktop.Platform branch 24.08 is end-of-life, with reason:
   org.freedesktop.Platform 24.08 is no longer receiving fixes and security updates.

Processing itself installs and works fine. I just wanted to mention it in case an update to a newer runtime (e.g. 25.08) is possible at some point.

Steps to reproduce this

1. Download processing-linux-x64.flatpak from the [4.5.7 release](https://github.com/processing/processing4/releases).
2. Install it: flatpak install processing-linux-x64.flatpak
3. Flatpak prints the end-of-life notice for org.freedesktop.Platform 24.08 while installing the required runtime.
