docs: add cinematic Cognitum One and ruOS README CTA

Summary

• Add a stronger, project-specific cinematic README CTA linking to Cognitum One or ruOS.
• Show a conceptual project-to-destination sequence: source pulse, three staggered luminous routes, destination detail reveal, then a light sweep across the large green CTA.
• Keep every text label and the button readable throughout. The sequence runs once for 4.8 seconds; reduced-motion styles show a complete static card.
• Preserve existing introductory artwork, quick starts, metrics, and all README content outside the CTA block. Ordinary Markdown links to both destinations remain available.
• Keep the new ~7.4 KB SVG self-contained, with no JavaScript, external assets/fonts, or tracking parameters.

Validation

• Verified final manifest hashes and exact preservation of README bytes outside the CTA block.
• XML/safety checks passed for all six variants; all animation declarations are finite and text is never animated away.
• Independently reviewed desktop and mobile static renders. The horizontal route uses an explicit user-space gradient; packets use explicit user-unit distances to avoid zero-height paint and path-length normalization issues.
• Representative source-driven keyframes checked at 0, 1.7, 3.1, and 4.8 seconds. First/final text and CTA stay readable.
• Cognitum One and ruOS were checked October 11, 2026. The illustration is an invitation to explore, not a claim that this project is integrated with the destination.

Limits

Static rendering used librsvg/cairo. Representative previews are generated from the authored geometry and keyframes; they are not browser recordings and do not emulate CSS easing/ring scaling. Chromium could not launch because of execution-environment socket restrictions, so actual browser/GitHub animation and reduced-motion behavior remain unverified. Full application build/runtime suites were not run for these documentation edits. No dependency changes, metric correction, package release, or deployment is included. This revision remains a draft for review.
