修补 #286 的遗漏。

#286 给实体抽取与 Sleep Mode 接上了 llm_audit_logs 记账，并改了 README 的「LLM 消耗审计」专节，但漏了同一份 README 里配置索引表中的 llmAudit 行——那一行至今仍写「每次后台 LLM 调用（autoDream/autoSummarize）」，与专节矛盾。CodeRabbit 在 #286 提了这条 minor，合并时未处理。

改动只有一行，把配置表也同步到实际覆盖面：

• 四个 trigger_source：autoDream / autoSummarize / sleep / entityExtract
• 六个 operation_type：dream_consolidate / dream_summarize / dream_narrative、summarize_compress、sleep_conflict / sleep_pattern、entity_extract

dream_narrative 需 dreamNarrativeEnabled（默认关）才跑，与专节口径一致。

验证：npm test 1285 passed / 0 failed，check-sync 平价，git diff --check 干净。无 src/ 改动，不需要 npm run sync。
