Summary

Adds KUBERNETES_POD_RESERVED_SOURCE_PORTS to the Kubernetes settings in the supervisor environment variable reference.

The supervisor can now reserve ports or low-high ranges on every run pod through the net.ipv4.ip_local_reserved_ports sysctl, so runs never pick them as outbound source ports and avoid port clashes.

Based on feat(supervisor): reserve configured source ports on run pods, which added the setting.
