Time & Global Hotkeys?

Hello, I am running Abaddon on windows and the time stamps in the client is an hour later due to daylight savings, but my windows time is an hour before so it seems like its not syncing up. Is there a fix?

Also, I was wondering if we're able to use Global Hotkeys, for mute and deafen?
