Each translated language now has its own Atom feed (/zh/feed.xml, /ja/feed.xml, and the same for de, es, fr, pt, cs and hi). The auto-discovery and the visible "subscribe via RSS" line now point at the feed for the page's own language instead of always /feed.xml. The publications RSS link and the language gate on the visible link were already fixed earlier, so this covers all three boxes in the issue.
English output is unchanged apart from adding xml:lang="en" and hreflang="en".
